Digital Commission - Sketch

A digitally painted sketch/painting.

• Includes a digitally painted sketch.
• 'Sketch' implies limited details.
• You will receive an email within 24 hours after purchasing a commission from Sezza to confirm and request any extra information and reference images you may have for your painting. Feel free to email ahead with all your information to sarah@sezzadactyl.com
• A high res image of your painting will be sent to you via email.
• Your painting will NOT BE physically sent to you.
• Please let Sezza know if your commission has a deadline (ie, a gift).
  
  Terms and Conditions:
  
  
• No NSFW.
• Maximum two characters.
• Additional characters may incur an additional cost.
  
• The drawing/painting process may be live-streamed on a live streaming service such as Twitch, YouTube or TikTok. Please let Sezza know if this is something you're not comfortable with.
• Sezza retains the right to use any commission work as marketing material on her website, portfolio and social media pages.
• Sezza retains the right to create prints of the painting to sell online and in person at markets and conventions. An extra cost may occur if you do not wish for Sezza to sell prints of the painting. (This does not apply to personal paintings such as pet portraits).
  
• No alterations of original artwork are permitted by anyone other than Sezza.
• Sezza does not give permission for her artwork to be fed through or used to train generative A.I. 
  
• Sezza retains ownership and copyright of all original artwork, whether preliminary or final and no use of such artwork shall be made without permission from Sezza.
  
• Any delay in the completion of the project due to actions or negligence of the client, unusual transportation delays, unforeseen illness, or external forces beyond the control of Sezza shall entitle Sezza to extend the completion/delivery date, upon notifying the client, by the time equivalent to the period of such delay. Under such conditions, Sezza accepts no liability for the late delivery of work.
• There are limited spaces available for commission work to help Sezza balance work/life and make sure she gets your commission painted in a reasonable time-frame. Sezza will open more commission spaces when ready.
  
• Once purchased, commissions are non-refundable.
• These terms become effective upon purchasing a commission.
