An extra charge may occur if alterations are required once the final design has been started.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe drawing\/painting process may be live-streamed on a live streaming service such as Twitch, YouTube or TikTok. Please let Sezza know if this is something you're not comfortable with.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSezza retains the right to use any commission work as marketing material on her website, portfolio and social media pages.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSezza retains the right to create prints of the painting to sell online and in person at markets and conventions. An extra cost may occur if you do not wish for Sezza to sell prints of the painting. (This does not apply to personal paintings such as pet portraits).\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNo alterations of original artwork are permitted by anyone other than Sezza.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSezza does not give permission for her artwork to be fed through or used to train generative A.I. \u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSezza retains ownership and copyright of all original artwork, whether preliminary or final and no use of such artwork shall be made without permission from Sezza.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAny delay in the completion of the project due to actions or negligence of the client, unusual transportation delays, unforeseen illness, or external forces beyond the control of Sezza shall entitle Sezza to extend the completion\/delivery date, upon notifying the client, by the time equivalent to the period of such delay. Under such conditions, Sezza accepts no liability for the late delivery of work.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThere are limited spaces available for commission work to help Sezza balance work\/life and make sure she gets your commission painted in a reasonable time-frame.
